Shop-Ware, Inc. ("we", "us", "our", or "Shop-Ware") respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies on how we collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of Shop-Ware's website, which is located at www.Shop-Ware.com (the "Site"), or the services and features available on Shop-Ware's online automobile repair shop management software-as-a-service (the "Shop-Ware Platform") accessed through the Site (together, with the Site, the "Services"). By using our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consenting to the collection, use, and sharing of information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Shop-Ware collects both personal information and other information about its users in connection with the Services. "Personal Information" is information that Shop-Ware can directly associate with a specific person, such as your name or email address. "Other Information" is any additional information that Shop-Ware collects that is not Personal Information. We may combine Other Information with Personal Information, and, in those circumstances, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information. We may use third-party service providers to process payments for paid users of the Shop-Ware Platform. These service providers may collect credit card information and other billing information, such as name, address, email address, and telephone number from you in connection with the Services.
When you use the Shop-Ware Platform, we will collect information regarding your auto repair shop and its operations, such as vehicle identification numbers (VINs), odometer readings, license plate numbers, repair orders (e.g., labor, parts, hazmat and fees, sublet, and inspection items) and related notes and attachments of any kind, including (but not limited to) photos, videos and PDFs, additional service recommendations and templates for services ("canned jobs").
We or our third-party service providers also collect other information automatically through the Services. This may include information such as your IP address and domain name, the date and time of your visit to the website or the Shop-Ware Platform, your use of the Services during your current session and over time (including the pages you viewed and features you engaged with), the URLs from the websites you visit before and after navigating to the Services, your computer's or mobile device's software and hardware attributes (including operating system type and version, device type, and device identifiers), your browser type and version, mobile network information, device state information, information relating to how the Services function, and your general geographic location derived through your IP address (e.g., your city, state, or metropolitan region).

We use a service provided by GoodData in order to provide certain data analytics features of the Shop-Ware Platform. As such, GoodData will receive Personal Information and Other Information necessary for the provision of such data analytics services. GoodData's use of information it receives is governed by GoodData's privacy policy found at https://www.gooddata.com/privacy-policy.
We also may share your Personal or Other Information with other third parties when necessary to meet the terms of any agreement that you have with us.

Shop-Ware uses commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion. Shop-Ware may retain Personal Information as long as necessary to provide the services to you and to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you would like Shop-Ware to delete the Personal Information associated with your account, please follow the instructions in the next section below.
You may access, amend, and/or request deletion of certain information that you have provided to us by accessing the Shop-Ware Platform, or by emailing us at support@shop-ware.com. If you email us, for your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the information associated with the particular email address you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will attempt to comply with any reasonable requests for accessing, amending, or deleting your information.
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and Shop-Ware will never knowingly collect Personal or Other Information from anyone it knows is under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13, we will promptly take all reasonable steps to delete the data from our system.
The Services may contain links to and from the websites or apps of other third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites or apps, please note that these websites and apps, and any services that may be accessible through them, have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites or apps. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the Services and to read the privacy policies applicable to such third-party websites and apps.
